To have regular dialogue sessions with BCA and other government agencies on regulatory issues and other matters conceming C&S practices.
To promote good engineering practices jointly with BCA and other government agencies.
To represent ACES in the various task forces and other working committees in reviewing current Legislation, Standards and Code of Practices that may affect C&S practices.
To disseminate to members the impending changes of current regulations proposed by the government agencies and collate feedback from ACES members and report to the Council for action plan.
To support Professional Development & Seminar Committee and the Building and Construction Authority on CPD program for practicing engineers.
