Terms of Reference :

To co ordinate between C&S and M&E practices committees in addressing issue which overlap the two disciplines.
To liaise with IES and chair alternate JPC meetings which are conducted on quarterly basis and monitor progress of action items.
To liaise with TASS and participate in joint activities.
To recommend to Council in relation to joint practice matters for decision making.
